We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Video Editor to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Second Screen Digital. Second Screen Digital is a full-funnel, data-driven marketing agency providing a wide range of services – from paid search and social to content production, UGC, SEO, and website design.
As a Video Editor, you will be part of the Creative team and will work on editing paid social ads (30-45 seconds) for TikTok and Meta.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-performing, short-form videos (30-45 sec) for paid ads
- Collaborate with media buyers and creative team to iterate on winning concepts
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize creatives (hooks, pacing, CTAs)
- Produce multiple variations of ads for A/B testing
- Stay up-to-date with trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of video editing experience (agency or performance marketing preferred)
- Experience creating direct-response or performance-driven creatives
- Understanding of social media platforms and ad formats (Meta, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and CapCut
- Good English communication skills
- Experience with ElevenLabs – plus
- Experience with Asana – plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
