Google & Bing PPC Specialist

We are currently seeking a responsive, thorough, results-driven, and proactive Google & Bing PPC Specialist to join our team in support of our partner company – Online Marketing for Doctors. Our partner is a full-service digital marketing agency focused exclusively on connecting patients around the world with the best medical and healthcare providers in their fields.

As a Google & Bing PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize client visibility and return on investment. Reporting directly to the Head of PPC, you will lead campaign strategy, implement industry best practices, and deliver data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective PPC strategies across Google Ads (including Search, Display, and YouTube) and Bing Ads to achieve client goals and objectives
  • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ad spend efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization of ad campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and targeting adjustments
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and optimization, including remarketing, audience targeting, and ad extension utilization
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates in the PPC advertising space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to create compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends, insights, and potential campaign opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and quality score

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field – preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or healthcare marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor).
  • Strong knowledge of PPC optimisation strategies, bid management, and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with PPC management tools (Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page design
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decision
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads Certification – plus
