Operations Manager

We are seeking an organized and execution-driven Operations Manager to join our team and support our partner company, Prismique. Prismique is an advertising company that helps over 200 businesses turbocharge their sales by supplying qualified leads at a fixed price – without burning through their ad budgets.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in keeping Prismique’s internal operations running smoothly and efficiently. From booking travel and managing marketing communications to improving processes with AI and automation tools, you will handle a wide range of essential tasks. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure the business operates seamlessly, while also contributing to revenue-generating tasks and projects. 

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Communications

  • Manage Prismique’s social media presence, including planning, creating, and publishing content
  • Write articles and curate content for the Prismique blog
  • Prepare and send newsletters, weekly updates, and broadcast messages across email and instant message channels
  • Run and optimize institutional paid campaigns to promote the Prismique brand
  • Oversee and improve all brand-related assets, including website, gadgets, merch, presentations, visuals, etc.

2. Administrative Tasks

  • Source, quote and manage vendors
  • Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and industry events
  • Support general operational needs to ensure smooth day-to-day execution

3. Processes, Tools & Automation

  • Set up and manage tools used across the company, ensuring proper implementation and adoption
  • Document internal processes (SOPs) and maintain clear operational guidelines
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency

4. Network Operations

  • Own the implementation of new buyers in our lead distribution systems, coordinate API integrations
  • Configure and optimize campaign logic to ensure efficient lead routing and monetization
  • Perform second-layer traffic quality checks and support fraud detection efforts via internal and external tools
  • Ensure accuracy and performance of lead distribution processes across the network

Qualifications:

  • Strong ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes and quality of execution
  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion 
  • Ability to take a task and see it through with minimal guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and fix them
  • Tech-savvy and excited about using tools like Make.com/Zapier, Canva, Google Apps Script, Glide, AI assistants and more
  • Comfortable with managing multiple responsibilities and shifting between tasks with speed and focus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Coachable, humble, self-motivated and eager to grow personally and professionally
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience working in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or operation roles in a startup environment – plus
