Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team and support our partner company, Prismique. Prismique is an advertising company that helps over 200 businesses turbocharge their sales by supplying qualified leads at a fixed price – without burning through their ad budgets.

As an Operations Assistant, you will support the execution of the company’s core operations across marketing, the Prismique Network activities and administrative workflows. You will work closely with the broader team, helping ensure that tasks are executed correctly and systems remain clean and up to date.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Communications Support

  • Assist in managing Prismique’s social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), including scheduling and publishing content
  • Support blog operations by uploading, formatting, and organizing content
  • Assist in preparing and sending email newsletters, weekly updates, and Telegram messages
  • Help execute institutional paid campaigns (basic setup, monitoring, coordination)
  • Support the creation and organization of brand assets (presentations, visuals, basic materials)

2. Administrative Tasks

  • Assist in sourcing vendors and collecting quotes for services
  • Support travel planning (flights, hotels) and logistics for events and conferences
  • Handle basic operational coordination tasks and maintain organized records

3. Processes, Tools & Data Handling

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining internal tools and systems
  • Support documenting and updating internal processes (SOPs)
  • Execute predefined automations and assist in monitoring their performance
  • Perform data entry, cleaning, and formatting tasks across internal systems

4. Network Operations Support

  • Implementing offers to the Prismique Network platform;
  • Implementing new buyers and supporting API integrations and campaign configuration in our lead distribution system;
  • Help verify campaign logic and data accuracy under guidance;
  • Perform basic traffic and data checks, flagging inconsistencies or anomalies for review;
  • Maintain clean and organized data across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI, automation tools and our business platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, formatting) and AI tools for productivity support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Ability to work independently once tasks are clearly defined
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Eagerness to learn about affiliate marketing and lead generation
