We are seeking an autonomous Product Lead to join our team and support our partner company, Prismique. Prismique is an advertising company that helps over 200 businesses turbocharge their sales by supplying qualified leads at a fixed price – without burning through their ad budgets.
As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and scaling new business initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO but will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence. In this role, you will take ownership of new ventures, ensuring they move from idea to reality while driving execution and achieving commercial success.
Responsibilities:
1. Product & Venture Creation
- Define new product concepts and business opportunities (target audience, value proposition, positioning) that fit Prismique’s portfolio strategy
- Evaluate ideas based on market potential, feasibility, and expected profitability
- Design business models, pricing strategies, and monetization approaches
- Translate high-level ideas into structured execution plans, including project tools and resources to bring new products into reality
2. Go-to-Market & Growth
- Define go-to-market strategies for new products, including channels, messaging, and acquisition approach
- Work closely with the network and operations teams to ensure effective launch and distribution
- Identify growth opportunities and iterate based on performance data
- Ensure new products reach profitability and scale sustainably
3. Product Development Ownership
- Own the execution of product development by coordinating developers and other stakeholders
- Define priorities, tasks, and timelines for product builds and iterations
- Provide clear direction and priorities to everyone involved in product execution
- Ensure product features align with business goals and user needs
- Continuously improve products based on feedback and performance
4. Performance & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs for specific products (CAC, LTV, retention, churn etc.)
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Iterate quickly to improve outcomes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize growth and profitability
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to take ideas from concept to execution and drive them toward measurable results
- Strong business thinking: understanding of markets, positioning, unit economics, marketing and monetization
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear execution plans
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, operations)
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities for excellent execution
- Strong ownership mindset
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Highly independent and self-driven, able to operate efficiently with minimal supervision;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Experience in SaaS, lead generation or affiliate marketing businesses – plus
