Client Success Specialist (e-commerce)

We are seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist (e-commerce) to join our team and support our partner company, HighTicket. HighTicket is an online education company with a mission to help everyday people build real, profitable e-commerce businesses. Through its course content, AI-powered technology, and coaching, it has helped thousands of students go from zero experience to generating consistent sales by selling premium products from reputable brands.

As a Client Success Specialist (e-commerce), you will guide students through the process of building and scaling their e-commerce stores – from product research and supplier outreach to advertising and optimization. You will host live coaching calls, provide one-on-one feedback, and help troubleshoot student challenges in real time. You will be instrumental in helping students reach key milestones: launching their store, securing authorized suppliers, running profitable ad campaigns, and achieving consistent sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live individual coaching sessions focused on store building, marketing, and growth strategy
  • Review student stores, ads, and metrics to provide actionable feedback
  • Help students refine their product selection, pricing, and offer positioning
  • Provide guidance on supplier outreach, branding, and store optimization
  • Assist students in understanding and improving their Google Ads campaigns (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with the High Ticket team to improve coaching frameworks, resources, and curriculum
  • Maintain high engagement and satisfaction within your assigned student groups

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on direct or adjacent e-commerce experience (Shopify or equivalent platform)
  • Strong understanding of core e-commerce principles: product validation, supplier relationships, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent English communication skills – able to simplify complex topics for beginners
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to see others succeed
  • Track record of generating sales and scaling profitable stores – plus
  • Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max) – plus
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads – plus
  • Prior coaching, mentoring, or training experience – plus
