We are currently seeking a mid-senior UA Creative Strategist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company. Our partner operates a diversified, M&A-driven platform spanning mobile apps, device licensing, media, and financial services. It is the parent company of a portfolio of technology businesses, including a mobile business that empowers users worldwide to monetize everyday mobile activities such as streaming, gaming, and shopping.
As a UA Creative Strategist, you will help scale creative production for a fast-growing portfolio of consumer apps spanning rewarded/earn, utility, and viral/social categories. You will partner closely with the Ad Creative Lead, on creative vision and brand, and with the UA Managers, to translate performance data and growth priorities into concepts, briefs, and scripts. You will own a creative strategy for a dedicated vertical of the portfolio (Rewarded/Earn Apps), working alongside our other Strategists/Designers, and distill your concepts into briefs that a production team of in-house producers and contractors can execute at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative strategy for a dedicated app vertical (Rewarded/Earn Apps), developing concepts, briefs, and scripts that translate performance data and growth priorities into testable creative
- Partner with Gianne on overall creative vision, brand consistency, and team brainstorms, while driving vertical-specific execution
- Write briefs and scripts that scale – targeting 15-20 net-new concepts per week with 4-5 variations each, handed off to our producer/editor team and contractor network for execution
- Collaborate directly with UA Managers on your vertical to understand performance data, iterate on what’s working, and prioritize the next round of concepts
- Provide creative direction and quality feedback to producers/editors and contractors to keep output on-brief and on-brand
- Use AI creative tools to accelerate concepting, scripting, and asset iteration, and help define workflows that let the team punch above its headcount
- Track creative performance in partnership with UA Managers and analytics, feeding wins and learnings back into the brief process
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or UA-focused creative direction for a consumer app or mobile-first product
- Proven ability to write briefs and scripts that convert into high-performing paid social/video ad creative, ideally at real scale (dozens of concepts/variations per week)
- Comfortable working across a verticalized portfolio and building deep familiarity with a specific app category (e.g., rewarded/earn, gaming or utility apps)
- AI-Native. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, video generation, scripting, or editing copilots such as Higgsfield or comparable) to speed up concepting and production, not just as a novelty
- Experience closely directing a distributed production team – in-house producers, freelance editors, or contractor networks
- Data-informed, comfortable using performance data (CTR, hook rate, CPI/CPA/ROAS) to prioritize and refine creative direction, even without owning the analytics directly
- Strong communicator who can translate brand vision and performance goals into clear, executable briefs
- Experience hiring and managing UGC/content creators to produce content for Ad Creative
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to work strategically and efficiently, optimizing resources to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and iterative environment
- Ability to develop innovative ideas that align with business goals and resonate with the target audience
- Passion for turning data into insight and insight into growth
- Energized by working with creative, product, and data teams
We offer:
- Full-time, remote work
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, start from 11am CET or later
- Timely and organized performance reviews
