Marketing Ad Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Ad Operations Specialist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company. Our partner operates a diversified, M&A-driven platform spanning mobile apps, device licensing, media, and financial services. It is the parent company of a portfolio of technology businesses, including a mobile business that empowers users worldwide to monetize everyday mobile activities such as streaming, gaming, and shopping.

As a Marketing Ad Operations Specialist, you will coordinate marketing campaigns in line with the company’s guidelines, route traffic creatives to the appropriate channels, manage marketing spend and agreements, and ensure seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns.  

The ideal candidate should be capable of structuring new assets using provided images and copy, as well as creating and managing email campaigns within our designated emailing software. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing marketing partners while ensuring campaigns remain fresh, innovative, and aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup and Launch

  • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including display, social media, and email marketing
  • Utilize email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and CleverTap to create, schedule, and optimize campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand messaging, company guidelines, and investor relations objectives

Ad Traffic Management

  • Coordinate and traffic ad creatives to appropriate partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Manage creative assets, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, to maintain brand consistency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ad placements
  • Ensure all campaigns maintain a high standard of freshness, creativity, and brand alignment
  • Familiarity with DSPs and programmatic advertising platforms (The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, DV360, etc.) a plus

Campaign Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyze key campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, open rates, and ROI
  • Generate reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve engagement
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategic adjustments to enhance performance
  • Maintain oversight of ad tracking dashboards to ensure accurate performance assessment

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to implement necessary updates and fixes
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools with CRM and analytics platforms

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all ad creatives, email campaigns, and marketing materials comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain high standards in design, messaging, and execution
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign approvals and compliance documentation


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, email marketing, or advertising operations
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page design
  • Experience with Webflow is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics (Tagging), Facebook Business Manager, and ad tracking tools
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to generate, refine, and QA marketing creatives, email copy, and campaign variations
  • Ability to use AI to accelerate workflows such as copy iteration, subject line testing, reporting summaries, and campaign documentation while maintaining brand and compliance standards
  • Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals (CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and external agencies
  • Maintain and foster relationships with current marketing partners
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in investor relations or financial services marketing
  • Experience working with or in a marketing agency
  • Understanding of digital advertising trends, regulations, and compliance best practices
