We are currently seeking an experienced Affiliate and Account Manager to join our team in support of our partner company, 247 Perform. 247 Perform is a global performance marketing agency and affiliate network specialized in CPL and CPA lead generation campaigns. The company connects high-quality publishers with advertisers across multiple verticals, driving scalable and measurable customer acquisition.
As an Affiliate and Account Manager, you will expand and strengthen the company’s global performance marketing network. You will focus on driving revenue growth by acquiring advertisers and publishers, scaling CPL/CPA campaigns, and building a strong portfolio of partnerships within the affiliate ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Network Expansion
- Acquire and onboard new advertisers running CPL and CPA campaigns
- Recruit and activate high-quality publishers and traffic partners
- Expand the performance marketing network internationally
Business Development
- Identify and close new business opportunities with brands and agencies
- Develop strategic partnerships that generate sustainable revenue
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of advertisers and publishers
Campaign & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with both advertisers and publishers
- Optimize campaign performance and scale high-converting offers
- Negotiate commercial terms and campaign structures
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue through the expansion of CPL and CPA campaigns
- Identify new vertical opportunities and scale profitable partnerships
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation – mandatory
- Proven experience with CPL/CPA business models
- Experience working with both advertisers and publishers
- Strong existing network within the affiliate/performance marketing industry
- Deep understanding of affiliate traffic sources and publisher ecosystems
- Preferred vertical experience: insurance, home improvement, finance/fintech, education, cybersecurity/antivirus
- Experience with affiliate tracking tools (Tune Has Offers is a plus)
- Great English communication skills
- Strong understanding of the US performance marketing ecosystem – plus
- Experience working with US traffic sources – plus
