We are currently seeking a Performance PR Specialist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company – the leading global performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate marketing.
As a Performance PR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and owning all aspects of assigned client accounts in an organized, timely, and efficient manner. You will work closely with the Affiliate Team and Directors to develop comprehensive program strategies, communicate effectively with clients, coordinate promotional details, analyze data, recruit impactful partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned client accounts efficiently, coordinating with SAM/AD
- Develop comprehensive program strategies with SAM/AD support
- Collect promotional details, assets, and updates from clients
- Analyze data and trends to craft effective strategies
- Conduct day-to-day tasks independently on various networks
- Recruit impactful partnerships to diversify client programs
- Maintain client satisfaction and account growth targets
- Communicate clearly with clients and publishers
- Deliver timely and insightful client reports
- Utilize technology tools for research and organization
- Collaborate with team members and share opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in PR, media relations, communications, affiliate marketing, or a related field
- Curious about PR, media, and how earned media can drive measurable business results
- Strong English communication and relationship-building skills with clients and publishers
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and trends to inform strategy
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day account management
- Curious about PR, media, affiliate and performance marketing, with a willingness to learn
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
