We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our US-based partner company, CIS Digital. CIS Digital is a full-service agency providing a wide range of services such as affiliate management, influencer marketing, paid search management, AI-driven optimizations, social media management, brand strategy, content creation, among others.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the agency’s client base and managing account growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (40%)
- Create outbound content for both email and LinkedIn channels
- Prepare, setup and execute on outbound campaigns for both channels
- Seek out and reach out to leads with existing (current) hiring needs
- Automate lead generation efforts by using tools such as Dripify and Instantly
- Collaborate with founders and proactively seek out sales-related feedback to continuously improve reachout cadence and quality
- Independently handle initial communication with qualified leads (call scheduling and initial relationship building)
Sales Support (40%)
- Conduct cold calls and discovery calls independently, nurturing and building strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Conduct continuous and timely CRM maintenance
- Work on research that will directly support the founders’ sales efforts
- Prepare sales documents (i.e. case studies)
General Marketing (20%)
- Complete ownership of the established LinkedIn channel (organic only: posts, comments)
- Expand marketing efforts by setting up and working on new social media (and other) marketing channels (organic only)
- Maintain, reinforce and build relationships with existing, warm lead lists already in the CRM via email newsletter campaigns, promotions, and other means
- Structure, introduce, prepare and execute educational (and other) webinars to promote talent expertise and facilitate long-term market positioning
- Prepare all the necessary marketing materials
- Collaborate with founders and proactively propose next-step marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and business development for digital marketing or agency services
- Proven experience with Hubspot – mandatory
- Experience with cold outreach and automation tools like LinkedIn automation and HubSpot sequences, Search Atlas, Congnism, and others
- Skilled in lead generation, discovery calls, and initial client engagement
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives – plus
