And this week, we’re doing so by welcoming Jelena Gavrilov to Thrive Talent Solutions as our newest Recruiter. Jelena will join our HR Director, Ana Savic, and her team that’s in charge of all our hiring efforts.
As we grow, Jelena will help maintain our premium approach to the entire hiring process. She brings 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a strong focus on screening and interviewing candidates across SaaS, IT and tech, marketing, and creative roles. She’s worked end-to-end on hiring processes for remote-first companies: from sourcing and outreach to first-round interviews, assessment coordination, and final-stage support, consistently delivering high-quality shortlists and fast time-to-hire.
At Thrive Talent Solutions, Jelena will primarily work on interviewing and evaluating candidates, ensuring strong role & cultural fits, clear communication, and an excellent candidate experience. Alongside that, she’ll support full-cycle recruiting where needed, helping move roles smoothly from kickoff to offer. And she’ll lend a helping hand across our operations, sales & reporting work as a part of our broader collaboration.
Jelena is able to successfully combine client service, structure, and a candidate-first approach. And she’s a real pro with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software (Workable, Greenhouse, Teamtailor). This stack, along with her direct entrepreneurial background & experience, is exactly what we value as we continue to scale!
