We’re thrilled to welcome our newest team member, Barbara Dobrosavljev, to our fast-growing community!

Barbara has joined The RFP Firm as a Proposal Writer, where she’ll be working on federal RFP responses, compliance documents, and structured proposals that go beyond simply “checking the boxes.” She will make sure that all submissions not only meet strict government compliance standards, but also stand out with clarity, structure, and a compelling narrative that all create a winning edge.

Having worked on a wide variety of business plans and investor materials for the US market, Barbara brings valuable & relevant experience to this role! Her ability to combine research, strategy, and writing finesse, as well as her background in crafting persuasive, detail-driven documents (while balancing compliance, financial accuracy, and storytelling), both make her an ideal fit for the complex and competitive world of US government RFPs.
