We’re excited to welcome Ivan Trmcic to our community – joining the growing Rubicon Performance team as a Media Buyer.

A contractor, and with 4+ years of media buying experience, Ivan is a proven Meta Ads specialist, having managed hundreds of high-scale campaigns with ad spend reaching into the millions. Beyond Meta, his expertise includes native advertising platforms such as NewsBreak, along with affiliate marketing, lead generation, and content arbitrage. This combination of hands-on execution, partnership development & strategic thinking makes him a strong addition to the performance marketing space.

At Rubicon, Ivan will be working closely with the amazing folks led by Isabella S., Michael Thompson Jr., and Wesley S. to scale campaigns across Meta & other platforms where they deliver max impact. His analytical mindset, leadership experience, and ability to connect campaign tactics with broader business objectives will help ensure budgets are deployed with both precision and creativity.
