Nikola brings over five years of experience in customer success and service management, having supported a ton of global SaaS and enterprise clients. He’s led onboarding and training processes, optimized customer workflows, and developed knowledge bases that improve efficiency and client engagement. Known for his precision, empathy, and problem-solving mindset, Nikola thrives where technology meets relationships: helping teams deliver seamless client experiences.
At Stacker, Nikola will focus on supporting publishers and partners through onboarding, campaign coordination, and data insights, thus ensuring smooth communication and a world-class client experience.
