Powering Stacker with another fantastic talent addition, we’re pleased to welcome Dejan Kukic, who will support Stacker’s mission to help brands and publishers share trusted, data-driven stories through earned distribution, as an Account Coordinator & a Customer Success Specialist.
Dejan brings a deep background in customer success, account management, technical support, and client-facing operations, with years of experience building long-lasting relationships, improving processes, and elevating the customer experience. He managed full-cycle customer success efforts: from onboarding to proactive account health checks, and also implemented new CS structures that steadily improved NPS scores. His earlier roles in customer support leadership, account management, and process optimization further highlight his strength in communication, problem-solving, and guiding clients with clarity and confidence.
At Stacker, Dejan will support the Brands team with onboarding, campaign coordination, reporting, communication workflows, and day-to-day partner support, thus ensuring publishers and brand partners get a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. His strong analytical mindset, service-driven approach, and ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments make him an excellent fit for this role.
