Teodora is the definition of versatility. One moment she’s in the meeting with us, driving strategy. The next, she’s in the trenches designing our website, supporting sales at conferences, handling all admin & legal matters, creating visuals for marketing, or interviewing candidates.

And that list isn’t even nearly complete. We’re probably missing a few hats she wears every single week.

What matters is this: Teodora’s flexibility and her ability to play the joker role is what allowed us to stay 100% lean when we just started out. Instead of hiring for (or outsourcing) dozens of different roles, we had a Co-Founder who invested herself into each of them. And that continues to make all the difference!
