Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a part-time Social Media & Marketing Specialist  to join our team and support our partner company, Pivot Business Group. Pivot Business Group is a fast-growing financial strategy firm that partners with online service providers across various industries to deliver CFO services, tax strategy, financial consulting, and bookkeeping. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs achieve their growth goals with confidence.

We are looking for someone who’s both creative and strategic – someone who can take ownership of Pivot’s digital presence and help them continue building momentum.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create cohesive, on-brand graphics (carousel posts, branded visuals, etc.)
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels & YouTube Shorts)
  • Audit and optimize social platforms for performance and growth
  • Develop and implement a foundational social media/marketing strategy
  • Track monthly analytics and provide clear reporting on wins + areas for improvement

Podcast Production – Pivot to Profit

  • Edit full-length podcast episodes using Riverside
  • Create engaging short-form clips from long-form episodes
  • Upload and manage weekly distribution across all podcast platforms via Red Circle
  • Oversee the production workflow from recording to publication

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably for service-based or online businesses)
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Proficiency in editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Familiarity with podcast production tools and workflows (experience with Riverside and Red Circle is a plus)
  • Experience creating visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus 
  • Ability to maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
