We are currently seeking an experienced and independent Programmatic Account Manager to join our team in support of our partner company, NextTalk. NextTalk is a programmatic advertising company that connects advertisers and publishers across high-performance traffic sources, including Push, Pop, and Domain Parking. The company operates exclusively within the programmatic ecosystem, managing direct integrations and white-label DSP infrastructure with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and long-term partnerships. Its main verticals include iGaming, Search, Extensions, and Software.

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will work directly within the DSP infrastructure (AdKernel server environment only) and oversee budgets of up to $20,000+ per day. You will lead client strategies, optimize programmatic campaigns, and drive performance across multiple digital channels, with the opportunity to grow into a Team Leader role as the department expands.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage 20-40 advertiser accounts as the primary point of contact
• Understand client KPIs, verticals, and traffic needs; build long-term relationships
• Manage and optimize Push, Pop, and Domain Parking campaigns
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, adjust bids, segment audiences, and scale profitably
• Match advertiser demand with publisher traffic effectively
• Handle XML integrations and traffic source connections
• Oversee campaign setup, delivery stability, and end-of-month billing
• Maintain relationships with publishers and traffic suppliers
• Generate new business via LinkedIn and inbound leads
• Track metrics and use external tools to identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, including POP, DOMAIN REDIRECT, Push, Native, and Display campaigns – mandatory
• Experience with AdKernel – mandatory
• Strong understanding of DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks
• Experience with XML integrations
• Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and maximize performance
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
