Performance Marketing Specialist (Google PPC & Agency Marketing)

We are currently seeking a responsive, thorough, results-driven, and proactive Performance Marketing Specialist (Google PPC & Agency Marketing) to join our team in support of our partner company – Online Marketing for Doctors. Our partner is a full-service digital marketing agency focused exclusively on connecting patients around the world with the best medical and healthcare providers in their fields.

This is a hybrid role combining Google PPC campaign management with internal marketing responsibilities for the agency. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative – someone who can drive measurable results through paid campaigns while also helping grow the agency through strong marketing execution. You will manage high-performing advertising campaigns for healthcare clients while also supporting the agency’s internal marketing initiatives across paid media, landing pages, and marketing content.

Responsibilities

Client PPC Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement effective PPC strategies across Google Ads (including Search, Display, and YouTube) and Bing Ads to achieve client goals and objectives
  • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ad spend efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization of ad campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and targeting adjustments
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and optimization, including remarketing, audience targeting, and ad extension utilization
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates in the PPC advertising space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to create compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends, insights, and potential campaign opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and quality score

Internal Marketing for the Agency

  • Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate leads and grow the agency’s visibility
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates
  • Create and refine marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Contribute to content creation including case studies, campaign insights, and marketing materials
  • Support the development of internal marketing funnels and campaigns
  • Work closely with designers and other team members to develop high-performing creative assets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or healthcare marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns)
  • Experience with Bing Ads and other PPC platforms
  • Experience running Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong knowledge of PPC optimisation strategies, bid management, and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Ability to write or refine high-performing marketing copy
  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decision
