We are currently seeking an experienced and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team in support of our partner company, Motivated Sellers.

Motivated Sellers operates a network of lead generation websites that rank highly on search engines, attracting homeowners who are actively looking to sell. They also place carefully targeted ads on reputable real estate platforms and within search results to capture sellers at the ideal moment.

As a Media Buyer, you will help our client expand beyond Meta and scale campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), native traffic, and other channels.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube, Display) Native, and/or other traffic sources
• Continuously optimize campaigns to balance lead quality and volume
• Manage and refine geo-targeting based on active buyer markets (frequent updates required)
• Identify scaling opportunities and allocate budget efficiently
• Collaborate with internal team, including creative/editor support (Meta-focused)
• Analyze performance data and iterate quickly to improve ROI

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in media buying (Google, YouTube, Native, or multi-channel)
• Strong background in lead generation
• Ability to manage and optimize high daily ad spend ($20,000)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with affiliate marketing and Everflow – plus
• experience with video editing or creative strategy – plus
• Experience in real estate or “cash for houses” vertical – plus
