We are currently seeking a senior, independent, hands-on Marketing Lead who will join our team in support of our US-based partner company Pinpointe. Pinpointe is a B2B technology company operating in the email marketing, marketing automation, and customer engagement platform space. They help businesses deliver high-impact, scalable messaging through sophisticated email and automation solutions.
As a Marketing Lead, you will have direct influence on company positioning and growth. This is a high-impact individual contributor position for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and build systems, while selectively hiring and managing contractors when needed. You will be a one-man marketing team, strategizing and executing on the company’s marketing strategy in direct collaboration with the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Build a new website that showcases Pinpointe’s automation capabilities, features, target audiences, and use cases in a way that converts visitors to leads and trials
- Drive messaging that highlights the platform’s strengths in automation, deliverability, segmentation, and analytics
- Craft strategic content that speaks to: email marketing challenges faced by B2B marketers, how automation and segmentation solve those problems, and real use-cases and results achieved with Pinpointe
- Define and implement lead funnels across inbound and outbound channels
- Ensure campaigns drive high-quality trial signups and demos, leveraging content, email, and targeted outreach
- Use deep experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms (CDP/CEP) to shape how Pinpointe communicates its value
- Ensure messaging, cadence, and workflows in campaigns reflect real-world ESP and automation expertise
- Use AI tools for research, drafting content, optimizing campaigns, and scaling production
- Identify automation opportunities in the marketing tech stack to improve efficiency and results
- Hire and direct contractors as needed
- Set goals, deliverables, and quality standards for all external work
- Track performance metrics across website, content, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
- Use data and analytics to refine strategies and improve conversion over time
Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation
- Background at an Email Service Provider (ESP), marketing automation platform, or Customer engagement/CDP platform – mandatory
- Deep understanding of messaging and communications platforms, automation workflows, and real-world customer use cases
- Exceptional English (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Practical use of AI tools for marketing efficiency and scale
Nice to have:
- Experience relaunching or building B2B SaaS websites
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound lead generation
- Working knowledge of paid ads (Google, Facebook)
