Affiliate & Advertiser Manager

We are currently seeking a Affiliate & Advertiser Manager to join our team in support of our partner company, Mode Media. Mode Media is  a rapidly growing affiliate network looking for a new team member who will work closely with leadership and play a key role in building and scaling partnerships that drive network growth and profitability by supporting both sides of the marketplace: affiliates (publishers) and advertisers.

As a Affiliate & Advertiser Manager, you will help recruit and activate affiliates, support advertiser onboarding, monitor campaign performance, and ensure profitable alignment between supply and demand.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across priority verticals
  • Evaluate traffic sources for scalability, compliance, and ROI potential
  • Monitor daily affiliate performance (EPC, CTR, CVR)
  • Provide optimization guidance and scaling opportunities
  • Enforce compliance policies and advertiser guidelines

Advertiser Account Management

  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding new advertiser partnerships
  • Coordinate tracking setup, pixel placement, postback configuration, and offer creation
  • Monitor campaign performance (CPA, approval rates, revenue, margin)
  • Work with advertisers to optimize payouts, caps, geos, and funnel performance
  • Support negotiation discussions to maintain network profitability

Campaign Optimization & Performance

  • Analyze traffic quality and conversion data across both sides
  • Identify discrepancies, performance drops, or fraud indicators
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives and offer positioning strategies
  • Adjust payouts and allocations to maximize revenue and margin

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Track revenue trends, approval rates, and partner-level profitability
  • Proactively flag anomalies and recommend corrective actions

Relationship Management

  • Maintain consistent communication with affiliates and advertisers
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
  • Resolve issues related to tracking, billing, approvals, and compliance

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising – mandatory
  • Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, CAKE, TUNE or similar
  • Strong understanding of key affiliate KPIs including EPC, CPA, CVR, ROI, and margin
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience recruiting affiliates via outbound outreach
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to CPA, CPL, CPI, and revenue share models 
  • Understanding of fraud prevention and traffic compliance 
  • Experience coordinating tracking implementation with technical teams 
  • Ability to bring existing affiliate relationships or traffic sources
