We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and support our partner company, Adsparkx – a leading global performance marketing agency offering a wide range of services, including Affiliate Marketing, Branding, E-commerce, Lead Generation, and Programmatic Media Buying. Adsparkx has helped more than 200 brands achieve success, with prominent clients such as Assurance IQ, Inc., Booking.com, and Groupon.
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus mostly on managing and growing existing US-based client relationships while also building new partnerships. You will be responsible for effective communication with clients and media buyers and for proactively managing client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and coordinate client approvals, particularly for creatives
- Collaborate with the media buying team to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Analyse market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
- Monitor offer performance and report on key metrics to upper management
- Identify and develop pipelines for new business growth
Attend major affiliate events in Europe and US
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Business Development with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of agency and affiliate landscape
- Experience with Everflow, Ringba, CallGrid or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
