We base our communication model entirely on your needs. In some situations, such as if you need a team member to:

  • be entirely available to clients during work hours in the Americas, or
  • work while you sleep, completing a deliverable by your morning on the next day,

we recruit a suitable profile with that in mind. In other situations, such as if you need your team to be partially available during work hours in the Americas, we work diligently with you and your team to help organize your team’s day in a manner that addresses all your needs.

We conduct comprehensive cultural orientation programs that familiarize your overseas team with your company’s values, work culture, and business practices. This helps create a shared understanding of your organization’s ethos. We also encourage feedback from the team to ensure their voices are heard and their perspectives are valued. Recognizing the importance of continuous cultural integration, our approach extends far beyond initial onboarding. You will be able to see all aspects of your team – such as organizational, performance, HR and payroll data – in a visually appealing way. We will customize the software to your needs & maintain it – including data management – in real time at no additional cost.

Yes. Based on your preferences, you can have an office-based or a remote-based team. You can also have a team working from one of the many co-working spaces in our region.

We are very flexible. You can have any mix of the three – for example, a part of the team you believe should be office-based and another part of the team you believe should be working remotely. Your team could be in hybrid work mode – meaning that they could choose between office and remote work daily, while always having a dedicated office space available to them.

Last but not least – you can leave the decision to us. Again, our goal is to be your most important strategic partner throughout your growth journey and the most important part of that is deeply understanding your business. As such, we can recommend and implement the mode of work that will fit your and your team’s needs the best.

Yes. If your team is largely office-based, you can visit your overseas offices anytime. If your team is largely based in remote locations abroad, we still want you to have the same opportunity – in that case, you can visit your team and we take on the organization of such an event (for example, by making conference room and/or co-working space arrangements for the duration of your stay).

However, even without in-person visits, it is a part of our job (and of the cultural integration that we do) to make sure you really know your team – and that the team really knows you. You will also have 100% visibility (and the feel you can walk into your office virtually anytime) via an integrated HR software that we set up and manage for you.

Yes. We believe in continuous learning. We pay close attention to your evolving business and base our upskilling practices on your changing needs. Your team’s skills will always be up-to-date.

Aside from being able to hire an abundancy of top-notch and near-native English speakers, we can build a team with a high proficiency in many languages, including Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, French, Russian and German. We have extensive experience in both hiring and testing for specific language skills.

Yes. In fact, we go a step further – we train your team that we hire in software you are already using, as well as in software you want to start using. This way, your new team members can bring value to your business right after onboarding.

An important part of our ‘understanding your business’ motto is understanding not only the software you use, but also the way you use it – as well as the way in which your use of it maximizes your value. We bring this understanding to your new team members to facilitate their meaningful contribution to your business.

Fostering a culture of recognition and motivation, we have several steps in place to get to the core of the situation and get your team member on the right track. Still, sometimes, life circumstances cannot be avoided. If you have to part ways with a team member, we work proactively to find a replacement & entirely avoid work interruption.

Terms & Conditions

Only once your first team member begins working, you start paying a monthly fee. This fee includes both the team member’s gross salary – their take-home pay and local taxes – as well as the Thrive service fee.

We take pride in enabling you to pay only a fraction of your current payroll costs, while at the same time enabling your workforce to earn above-average local take-home pay.

None! There’s no fee to start the relationship nor any recruiting fees.

Also, we take pride in the fact that none of the optionalities and flexibilities offered to you and described here impose an additional fee. Our monthly fee is the one and only fee charged – and it includes our beginning-to-end service.

No. We firmly believe that – if you stick with us – you should do so because you are satisfied with our work and the added value of our service, rather than because of a contractual obligation. As such, we impose no contractual obligations on our clients.

You can upscale or downscale your needs with us as your business evolves – without any contractual hurdles.

No. We join you in the trenches, and bring our commitment to your success, from day one. As such, and since there is never a contractual commitment coming your way, there is no need for a defined trial period. We just jump in and get to work – starting with the hiring of your first team member.

We never compromise on security; however, we are flexible in how we address this topic. If you already have established security protocols (i.e. access control levels & policies) and want to continue using those, we will fully integrate your overseas team into those protocols.

If you yet have to set up security protocols, we will support you in doing so – for your entire team.

With legal entities in all talent sourcing locations, we are always in line with all local laws and regulations.

We have a dual legal commitment. First, to you (as a service provider): one that includes service & excellence commitment, confidentiality & privacy protection, and data security at all times.

Second, to your team members (as an employer of record): one that includes an outstanding treatment and strong local employment benefits.

In fact, an important benefit that we offer to your team members – as opposed to payment platforms such as Paypal and freelancing platforms such as Upwork – are the many employee rights associated with employment contracts, such as state healthcare access.

We choose not to follow the typical offshoring model of establishing legal entities in numerous countries to maximize candidate pools. Our approach is deliberate, focusing on customization, quality, and building elite teams. By concentrating on Southeastern Europe, a market we know intimately, we ensure the provision of elite talent. This centralized market approach fosters deep relationships and a focused strategy, leading to strong retention and adherence to our unique business model.
