We are currently seeking a highly personable, client-focused Account Manager to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Second Screen Digital. Second Screen Digital is a full-funnel, data-driven marketing agency providing a wide range of services – from paid search and social to content production, UGC, SEO, and website design.
As an Account Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction, maintain strong relationships, and help clients achieve their marketing objectives through effective communication, organization, and strategic coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Ensure clients are satisfied, informed, and confident in campaign performance and account management
- Coordinate internally with media buyers, creative teams, and leadership to ensure timely execution of client deliverables
- Lead client meetings, presentations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions
- Monitor campaign performance and communicate insights, opportunities, and recommendations to clients
- Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Maintain organized records of client communications, tasks, and account activity
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and enhanced client satisfaction
- Address client concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate advertising performance data and key metrics
- Excellent English speaking, writing, and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a naturally friendly, engaging, and professional personality
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Highly responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Plus:
- Experience presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Understanding of paid social, paid search, and digital marketing best practices
